SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is a scientifically proven parent based program for children with anxiety and OCD developed by Eli Lebowitz, PhD at Yale’s School of Medicine. Learn more about SPACE here.
SPACE is a structured program for parents . Although children do not attend SPACE sessions, they are impacted by the changes parents make. When SPACE is successful children feel less anxious and function better following treatment. SPACE can be accessed in individual or group sessions.

NOW ENROLLING FOR ONLINE BASED PARENT GROUPS
Workshop dates for 2024: 2/27/24
NEXT WORKSHOP STARTING February 27TH!
February 27th-April 2nd from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (5 session group, no group on 3/19)
- The next SPACE workshop will be held via zoom starting on February 27, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM
- Sessions are from 60 to 90 minutes long and can include up to two family members (adults) per registrant.
- There are 5 sessions to be held on 2/27, 3/5, 3/12, 3/26, 4/2
- The cost is $75/ session; $375 for the full 5 session series; payment is required in full prior to starting.
- Participants will be provided all educational materials, handouts, and slides prior to each group.
- The group is limited to 6 – 8 families to allow enough time to discuss specific needs and between session progress.
- A brief 30 min. phone screening will be held with each family to discuss needs and the suitability of the model for your family.
